At our pre-arranged visit to your home or venue or simply by a telephone call to make sure you have all the necessary equipment and space for your gathering to run smoothly. We will discuss the menu, number of guests, and any special requests you may have. You can choose from our extensive menu or we are happy to discuss any of your suggestions.
A quote will be sent to your home address or by e-mail. We will then require a deposit of 5% to secure you booking two weeks before the event. The rest of the payment will be collected on the day of the event, providing you with the final cost and proof of the any purchasing.
We will be using the freshest ingredients possible using localmarkets and supplies. On the day of the event we organise the dining area, prepare the food (some basic items may be prepared by us in advance if necessary). We will cook and serve the food, the table will be cleared after dining, the kitchen will also be cleaned leaving you to relax.
Tell Loïc exactly what you’re looking for, whether it’s a four-course dinner or canapés and wine, and he will create a personalised menu just for you. If you like, Loïc will gladly share his in-depth culinary knowledge with you and your guests and explain each dish as they are served.
If you prefer to dine in the comfort of your own home, Loïc can just as easily come to you. He will take care of everything, from buying locally-sourced organic ingredients, to cooking, to serving your meal, and will leave your kitchen spotless. Simply leave everything to Loïc and enjoy a delicious stress-free dinner with your guests.
